Dakota Fanning looked nothing short of gorgeous when she stepped out for the London premiere of her latest film Now Is Good. According to the Daily Mail, the 18-year-old donned a glistening sequined gown with an open back and a few gold bangles for the event.

Fanning plays a cancer patient in the film, and because of the seriousness of the movie, she got close with her co-stars, The Press Association reports.

"Even though it was super emotional and tense and all of that, we all had an amazing time and I think the fun that we had was the key," Fanning told the news source."We became like a small family and had fun together and laughed together, and then we'd know when it was time to be serious. And that meant it wasn't a challenge to go to work every day, where we were gonna be depressed and sad, and everyone really looked forward to it."
