Adele the big winner at Grammy's, wows in black gown

Not only did Adele come back after surgery with an amazing performance and take home six Grammy Awards, but she also looked stunning at the annual awards show that honors the best in the music industry.

The star donned a custom-made Giorgio Armani black, sequined gown and paired it with some fantastic fashion jewelry and Christian Louboutin pumps. Her jewelery consisted of a sparkling ring by Harry Winston and beautiful De Beers earrings.

"I'm immensely proud to have been asked to perform at this year's Grammy Awards," the 23-year-old told Us Weekly in January. "It's an absolute honor to be included in such a night and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-racking, but what a way to get back into it all."

Adele's performance was one of the most anticipated of the night next to Jennifer Hudson. The music world was jolted by the news of the iconic Whitney Houston's untimely death the day before the Grammy Awards. However, the show went on, and Hudson sang Houston's "I Will Always Love You" as a tribute to her amazing career.
