Ashley Madekwe making a splash in Hollywood

Up-and-coming star Ashley Madekwe looked nothing short of fabulous when she arrived at a Los Angeles dinner honoring designer Naeem Khan. The Revenge actress showed up in one of Khan's creations and paired the dress with a cocktail ring and black pumps.

Since Revenge premiered on ABC this past fall, Madekwe has been receiving some well-deserved publicity. However, acting is not her only focus, as she is enthralled with wedding planning. The star, who is tying the knot with actor Iddo Goldeberg this June, has had a tough time planning for the big day, Us Weekly reports.

"There's something to be said for talking to people face to face or speaking to them on the phone, which I can't really do because I'm on working on set and they're usually sleeping when I'm eating, and vice versa," Madekwe told the news source. "When I get to London I'll pick the flowers. What else do you need? Dress, food, flowers … cake!"
