Blake Lively's engagement ring dazzles in cooking video

Blake Lively might have had her engagement ring for some time now, but that doesn't make its brilliance any less dazzling. The gorgeous actress recently appeared on the kickoff episode of "Elettra's Goodness," a new Vogue web series starring model Elettra Wiedemann, and nonchalantly flaunted the monstrous bling on her ring finger.

The episode showcased Lively's impeccable culinary talents, as cooking happens to be a favorite activity of both her and Wiedemann. The pretty duo made a decadent puff pastry filled with brie and shallot confit, topped with a bourbon maple syrup. 

"So this is going to be a little shaky because I don't ever cook with a recipe," Blake told Weidemann in the episode. "So it's all just like ... a little wild."

It sure didn't look shaky, as she loaded the brie with confit and then cinched the pastry shut - giving us a spectacular close-up of her wedding and engagement rings.

"She has three rows of diamonds set on the ring," Chris Capri, of Capri Jewelry, told E! Online. "The center diamond is around 10 carats in what seems to be a light fancy pink oval-shape diamond. So the combined total carat weight between the small diamonds on the ring and the main diamond should be around 11 to 12 carats."

Not everyone can expect their special someone to pick out a 10-carat diamond ring when he proposes, but that doesn't mean it can't still be dazzling and beautiful.
