Celebrities dress to the nines for yoga book launch

It's no secret that celebrities love yoga. This week, some of the most physically fit A-listers showed their appreciation for the mind and body activity by supporting a renowned yoga instructor in the Hollywood sphere. Mandy Ingber hosted a book launch party for the release of "Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover," and glamorous celebs like Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox and Kate Beckinsale came out  to celebrate the author. Black seemed to be the trend of the night, as all three of the gorgeous stars donned their best ebony attire and accessories.

Beckinsale showed off her slim physique, which is partially thanks to her yoga lessons from Ingber, in a one-shoulder Monique Lhullier black dress and trendy jewelry, including her black Ben-Amun cuff bracelet and IritDesign earrings. Beckinsale kept the look fresh with a chic, low updo off to one side. The edgy cuff added some dimension to her simple, flattering look, and is a piece you'd easily see on a number of urban fashionistas strolling through Manhattan. While the startlet's looked like it had a smooth finish, finding one with a textured animal-skin finish like the Black Stingray Silvertone Metal Concave Cuff Bracelet could be an added punch to your glam look.

Jennifer Aniston kept her style simple - as usual - with flawless, silky hair and a classic LBD. Her jewelry accessories were minimal, though she did wear thin metal bangles on her toned arms. Aniston credits her yoga teacher and good friend as a motivator to her own workout regimen.

"I'm excited for you to get to experience her, too!" Aniston told Self magazine. "This workout will challenge your body and mind."

Wearing thin bangles like the Goldtone Metal 5-Piece Textured And Polished Bangle Bracelets farther up on your forearm can show off your slender limbs, just like workout fanatic Jennifer Aniston's.
