Demi Lovato, Britney Spears wow at X Factor auditions

Demi Lovato and Britney Spears have continually brought their A-game to the red carpet for judging the auditions across the country for the second season of X Factor. According to People Magazine, Lovato donned a body-hugging floral mini with a leather jacket and spiked necklace at the recent Providence, Rhode Island, auditions. Spears wore a red bandage Max Azria mini with black pumps.

According to Forbes Magazine, many are looking at Simon Cowell's decision to add Spears and Lovato to the judge panel as quite the risk. It is no secret Cowell did so in hopes of increasing the ratings, which did not do as well as he expected for its first season. However, both Spears and Lovato have never been on a live television series, and they both went through well-documented breakdowns that ended them up in rehab. Viewers will just have to check out the series to see how the two starlets do.
