It is no secret that model Elle Macpherson has a body that can rock any look, and this was no different when she arrived at the Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model event in London. Macpherson is one of the judges of the show overseas, and she will reportedly be a bit tougher this year, while still encouraging the ladies, according to Entertainmentwise.

"It's not about criticizing or putting the girls down, it's to encourage them and the fact they've got to the stage which they are in the competition means they are beautiful and they have charm and presence so we focus on 'What are their strengths?' and we can give them tips on how to work in a way that brings out the best in themselves, that's what we do," Macpherson told the news source.
