Jack Osbourne puts a ring on Lisa Stelly

After much speculation that they would wed this weekend, Jack Osbourne confirmed that he and fiancé Lisa Stelly said "I do" on Sunday in Hawaii.

People Magazine reports that although Osbourne initially denied that there was a wedding in the works on Friday, his rep officially confirmed that the two, who are parents to daughter, Pearl, tied the knot.

According to the news provider, 48 guests were in attendance, including Osbourne's famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon, and sister Kelly, who served as a bridesmaid during the nuptials.

It's been a rocky road for the pair, as Osbourne was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in May, shortly after welcoming Pearl into the world.

Hello! Magazine says it was present during the Hawaiian nuptials, which were held on the Kona-Kohala coast. Interestingly, Jack was not the first in his family to take the plunge in Hawaii, as his parents wed in Maui 30 years ago.

People Magazine reports the pair got engaged last September after four months of dating.
