According to the Magazine, Tatum told his lovely wife in quite the strange moment. The two were in the middle of washing their dogs after they got sprayed by a skunk when he just came out with it. She was both happy and amused - and definitely proud.

"I think it's an honor, because it's a great league of people that have been given this honor before him," Dewan-Tatum told the news source. "That's special because it says he's achieved so much in his career and in his life that makes this award a possibility. But he's always been the Sexiest Man Alive to me."
