Keira Knightley looks stunning in a deep burgundy dress

Keira Knightley looked simply stunning as she walked the red carpet at the screening of her latest film A Dangerous Mind in London.

The actress donned a burgundy floor-length gown with black accessories. The Burberry dress had an open back and she paired it with some exquisite fashion jewelry, - Chanel accessories and Louboutin heels. Her brown locks were up in a cute hairdo that showed off her diamond star-shaped studs. She completed the look with smokey eye make-up that turned many heads.

In the film she plays Sabina Spielrien, a psychiatric patient who starts up a love affair with her doctor, Carl Jung. The film also stars Michael Fassbender as Jung, who Knightley said a few nice things about during the premiere.

"He's very sweet and loving, very generous and very humorous," Knightley told the Daily Mail reports. "We joked around a lot on set, which is always fun and can also lend to the piece, especially when you're dealing with something that is very much set in a particular time."
