The starlet matched the look with gold bangles and a cocktail ring.

Michele is now dating co-star Cory Monteith, and the two are reportedly head over heels, according to Hollywood Life. The news came out earlier this year that the 25-year-old Michele and 30-year-old Monteith are officially a couple. Their co-star Jane Lynch, who plays the conniving Sue Sylvester, commented on how the real Rachel and Finn Hudson are dating.

"I love them both," Lynch told the news source. "And I'm glad they're happy."
