Meryl Streep looks radiant in red

Meryl Streep always brings her A-game to the red carpet, and she did not disappoint at the recent premiere of her latest flick Hope Springs. According to Us Weekly, the Oscar-winner wore a bright red dress with an oversized black belt, which was cinched at her waist, black peep-toe pumps, hoop earrings and an adorable clutch.

In the new movie, Streep stars alongside Tommy Lee Jones, as they struggle to repair their marriage, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

"What made [the script] extra amazing was the idea that, 'Oh, I'm gonna see Meryl Streep doing THIS? I can't believe it,'" director David Frankel told the news source. "And it was kind of shocking and yet thrilling that maybe that would happen, and it does happen. And it's a testament to her bravery as an actress and a great screenplay by Vanessa Taylor and it's a great ride. It's really amusing, and surprising."
