Miley Cyrus dons eyebrow-raising LBD

Miley Cyrus has done it again, as the 19-year-old newly engaged starlet continues to bring some wow factor to the red carpet. According to People Magazine, Cyrus wore a skin-tight black mini dress with cut-outs underneath the bodice to the eighth annual Australians in Film Breakthrough Awards in support of her hubby-to-be Liam Hemsworth. She matched the look with gold bangles, a necklace and of course - her engagement ring.

At the event, Cyrus and Hemsworth wouldn't go into any detail about their wedding planning, but she did talk about why she was drawn to Hemsworth in the first place, Us Weekly reports

"I like when men work hard, I think it's important," Cyrus told the news source. "I always work really hard so it's good to have someone who is as passionate about what they do and wants to be great at what they do instead of just being OK. We always strive to have our 130 percent."
