Padma Lakshmi, Ginnifer Goodwin rock orange gowns

Padma Lakshmi turned some heads when she walked the red carpet of the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. According to Us Weekly, the stunning TV host donned an orange strapless Monique Lhuillier gown, which was form fitting with a mermaid-style bottom. Lakshmi matched the gorgeous dress with dazzling earrings and her hair in long waves. Even though the dress was a hit, she wasn't entirely sure she wanted to wear it.

"I wasn't sure I'd have the guts to wear it because it's a lot of dress, but I'm glad I did. I feel pretty in it!" Lakshmi told the news source.

Lakshmi wasn't the only starlet who opted for this color, in fact it was quite popular. Another A-lister who really rocked the color was Ginnifer Goodwin, and she too chose Monique Lhuillier. She matched the orange applique dress with jewels by Rona Pfeiffer and Graziela, People Magazine reports.
