Rachael Ray looks dazzling at recent book signing

Rachael Ray was recently at The Free Library of Philadelphia to sign copies of her newest book, "My Year in Meals." She also looked fabulous while doing so, as the starlet donned a sparkly gray and black sweater with a pendant necklace to match.

It is no secret that Ray has made it in the world of cooking and as a celebrity. According to Life & Style, she can pinpoint the moment when she realized she had made it.

"Good shoes," Ray told the news source. "Groceries without my hand shaking while scanning the debit card. When I didn't have to decide if I was going to put back the steak or the toilet paper."

Ray is quite busy, not only with her book tour, but also with her efforts alongside the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Earlier this month, it was announced that with the ASPCA and Ray's $100K Challenge, shelters saved 14,376 more cats and dogs in August, September and October than they saved during the same time period a year prior.
