The main focus though were her shoes, which were from the Kanye West for Guiseppe Zanotti heels collection. These white shoes cost $6,000, according to EntertainmentWise. Kardashian's appearance at the show continues to fuel recent rumors that the reality star is dating West.

One piece of jewelry that the reality star did not wear and she likely misses is her massive engagement ring, which she removed after her 72-day marriage failed.
