Rihanna debuts clothing line in London

Rihanna is now debuting her fashion collection for River Island, and it is certainly making an impact. The singer-turned-fashion designer may have showed up an hour late for her show in London, but she looked good when she did arrive. According to People magazine, the "Only Girl in the World" singer wowed in a tight-fitting black gown, which she paired with big hoop earrings and a bold dark red lip. 

According to Irish Independent, the starlet dished about becoming a designer, and how it truly is a dream come true. 

"From where we started, from jotting these down on napkins and pieces of paper in the hotel room in the middle of the night. It's scary. I mean, I'm so happy. I can't even believe it," she told the media outlet. 

Rihanna also stated that she wanted her designs to be something she would wear, and she is hoping that her creations are still "in" as much as 10 years from now, the news outlet reports.
