Sofia Vergara celebrated her 40th birthday on a trip to Cozumel, Mexico, and she looked nothing short of stunning. According to People Magazine, the gorgeous actress donned a white lace tea-length Oscar de la Renta dress, which she paired with espadrilles and dangling coral-colored earrings.

The Modern Family star has been making recent headlines, as it is rumored she is engaged to longtime boyfriend Nick Loeb. One thing's for sure, she has been spotted wearing quite the sparkler, and Manhasset jeweler's Two by London collection store owner admits to helping Loeb find the perfect ring, according to the New York Post.

"I worked with Nick personally to design the ring, and we tried to make it a reflection of Sofia," Udell told the news source. "It is a beautiful three-stone ring. The center stone is square, a 7-carat cushion-cut diamond. It has two diamonds on the side, and the brilliance of the three stones together makes it look like a 10-carat ring."
