Stacy Keibler and George Clooney talk fashion on the Palm Springs red carpet

Saturday night's Palm Springs International Film Festival was complete with a star-studded audience. George Clooney, who was honored with the Chairman's Award at the festival, brought along girlfriend Stacy Keibler, but he admitted he had nothing to do with her beautiful black dress and fashion jewelry.

According to E!Online, he told the source that his girlfriend has good taste, and he doesn't have to worry about what she chooses to wear.

Clooney also joked about Brad Pitt, who he is up against for a number of awards and his good friend. Pitt had a ski injury recently, resulting in him showing up with a cane. Clooney has some ideas to take out his competition.

"I don't have any great plans yet, but I'm going to work on it. He's in a cast so he's already hobbled. He's going for the sympathy vote," Clooney joked, according to USA Today.

"Absolutely. I'm going to work it for all I can get," grinned Pitt backstage. "By the way, I told him that. He took my line."
