Taylor Swift wins big at the Teen Choice Awards

There were numerous A-list celebrities who looked stunning as they walked the red carpet of this year's Teen Choice Awards, and Taylor Swift was no different. According to People Magazine, the country starlet donned a white Grecian-inspired backless Maria Lucia Hohan dress, which she paired with coral earrings, nude peep-toe pumps and a matching clutch.

Not only did the country crooner look fantastic, but she won big at the event. Swift picked up her 20th trophy, the most won by a female artist.

"I just feel so honored that I get to have you guys in my life," Swift told fans after receiving her award.

According to The Associated Press, the other big winners of the night were Justin Bieber and the Twilight Saga. The Twilight Saga, which will see its fifth and final installment this November, has picked up 41 surfboard trophies since 2008. The movie's stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were there to accept the honors.
