Who wore it better: The best of 2011

A number of magazines including People and Us Weekly feature sections in which the viewer gets to decide which star looks the best in a certain gown or outfit. Since it is the end of the year, People Magazine decided to look back at the best match-ups of the year.

When it comes to deciding who wore it best, many can agree it depends on the accessories and the fashion jewelry that the celeb decided to pair with their outfit. The first fashion face-off in the magazine is between Lindsay Lohan and Pippa Middleton, who both wore a Temperley gown - Lohan's in white and Middleton's in green. The two both paired the gown with small, dangling earrings and opted for no necklace

Another face-off was between actress Angelina Jolie and the Duchess of Cambridge, as they both donned a Jenny Packhman gown. Jolie chose a salmon-colored version and matched it with studded earrings, whereas Kate Middleton wowed in silver with her engagement ring and a diamond bracelet as her additions.

All of the celebs looked magnificent, so choosing a winner is definitely a challenge.
